Join us in Puerto Rico

Space to Lead.

Most leaders are good at reacting, some are good at planning, but few are good at stepping back long enough to decide who they want to be.

Space to Lead is three days in the mountains of Puerto Rico for leaders who are ready to do that work. Twelve people. One facilitator. No distractions. February 2027.

Every session connects directly to how you lead and relate. The curriculum will inspire and equip you to lead with character, strengthen connection with your teams, and fuel courageous action.

❋ Content Built For Impact

We believe in the collective wisdom of those we surround ourselves with. You will learn as much from the people in the room as the sessions. We foster and protect this dynamic. You belong here.

❋ A Room Worth Being In

Puerto Rico’s rainforest mountains are not incidental to the experience. The distance from your normal environment is part of the design. Space to think clearly is rare. You’ll find it here.

❋ The Space Isn't A Metaphor

You do not lead from a job title. You lead from who you are - including how you breathe, sleep, reflect, recover, not as extras but as underpinnings.

❋ Your Whole Person

Reset your leadership. Reclaim your energy. Return stronger.

All Packages Include:

  • Join your cohort in 90-days for a follow-up coaching session with Jermaine.

Day One

Character

Leadership begins with knowing who you are. Before you can inspire a team, build a culture, or lead through adversity, you need a clear sense of the values that drive you and the identity that grounds your decisions. Day 1 invites leaders to slow down and go inward to establish the foundation of our leadership.
